Fifty years ago, a small group of families came together with little more than tawakkul and a dream — a dream of a place where they could pray shoulder to shoulder, raise their children in their deen, and serve their neighbors with open hands, seeking nothing but the pleasure of Allah ﷻ.
Today, by the grace of Allah, that dream is the Muslim Community Center.
Look around, and you will see what fifty years of sacrifice, du'a, and devotion have built. Children who took their first steps in our halls now walk their own children through these doors. We have stood together through weddings and janazahs, through Ramadan nights and Eid mornings, through hardship and joy — and every time, this community showed up for one another. Every prayer offered, every student taught, every neighbor served is a sadaqah jariyah that continues to bear fruit for those who planted these seeds five decades ago. May Allah reward them abundantly and accept it from them all.
Now, it is time to celebrate together.
