Step By Step Guide:
This is a step by step guide to utilize all features of the membership portal!
***In order to utilize the membership portal, you must be an approved member of MCC. If you are not approved yet, access will be granted once you are approved.***
Step 1: Select the Log In button in the bottom right corner of the home page.
Step 2: If this is your first time log in, you will need to setup your account by selecting 'Setup Account' under the 'First Time Log In' section. If you have setup your account previously, you can log in with the password you set prior.
Step 3: You will then be prompted to reset your password. You need to input your email in the text box and press 'Send Code'. If you are not an approved member you will not receive any code in your email.
Step 4: You should now receive an email with a code. Check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find the email. Input the code in the box along with a new password you want to set. The password must be 8 characters long.
Step 5: Once resetting your password, you can now log in. Select the log in button to be redirected back to general log in.
Step 6: Log in using your email and password. Input your email in the first box and password in the second and press log in.
Step 7: You will now be back at the home page of the site. You can now see new buttons in the bottom right corner:
Dashboard:
This will allow you to view both your membership and your personal information. Your personal information is editable by selecting the edit button at the bottom of the dashboard. You will need to select save and reload the page to see the edits. If you do not do these steps you will not see the updates.
Talent Network:
As an approved member of MCC you now have access to our Talent Network! This allows you to post your talents and contact information for other members only to see. Non members will not have access to this page. This promotes us relying on each others skills and growing/investing in our local Muslim economy. Use this as a means to form connections with the rest of the members in our community. All posts have your full name and are from members only, please be mindful of what you post.
Feedback & Questions:
This acts as a place for members to post any feedback, questions, or concerns. This page is public and can be viewed by anyone. This button shows without having to be logged in. All posts have your full name and are from members only, please be mindful of what you post. Non-members are not able to post.
Logout:
This button allows you to logout. Once logged out, no one can access your account and information. It is best practice to logout after you are finished utilizing any features to protect your data.
